My name is Halina Veratsennik (actually it is Galina, but they misspelled it in my passport, so here I am… with the new name :))
I am Northern California based photographer. I live in the San-Francisco Bay Area.

I am originally from Eastern Europe (country named Belarus)
And I do speak English,Russian and some Spanish

My path with photography started when I was 12. I was introduced to the film SLR cameras, learned to work in the darkroom, develop and print my own pictures.
Since then I have learned to use all sorts of cameras (point &shoot, SLR (both film and digital)) and now I’m working with the Canon professional digital SLR cameras.
I took a professional photographer course at New York Institute of Photography.
