Ok, I’m ready to post the part 2 of the Amy and Manning engagement session. This collection of images is somewhat more romantic, soft. Together with Amy and Manning we were hunting for some great looking shadows, reflections and flare.
Amy got so many compliments on her dress! There are quite a few boutiques and salons on the 4th Street in Berkeley, so actually one girl (I think a staff member from one of those places) was chasing us almost screaming to get Amy’s attention, to ask where Amy got that gorgeous dress. And then there were numerous people saying “Congratulations on getting married!” to Amy and Manning. They thought that we were out taking pictures after the ceremony. That was Great! I actually felt like I was walking around Berkeley with a Celebrity couple :))
Thank You Amy and Manning!

I have to admit – every time I go to the photosession with new clients, someone that I’ve never seen before, I feel nervous. Very nervous. Sometimes I can’t even eat the morning before the photoshoot.
Well… as I said, I was nervous before meeting Amy and Manning. And I was late to meet them (stuck in traffic because there was a Kite Festival at Berkeley Marina – I’m sorry again guys). So I got to the 4th Street in Berkeley mentally preparing myself to see an angry, upset couple, but… oh I was so pleasantly surprised to see the friendly smiles of Amy and Manning! 5 minutes after that we were already taking pictures non-stop and chatting non-stop too :) They are just So great, friendly and easy going! As a matter of fact, it seemed to me that we spent much more time talking than taking pictures. But I was wrong.
There are so many great pictures and they are so different, that I have to create two separate posts from this session. Here goes the first one. I’ll call it “The Color Burst” part.
Enjoy!

It was a breezy day in San-Francisco during this engagement photosession. But look at Carol and Ren – they are wearing short sleeves! They are so brave! We took a short walk along the coast, next to the Golden Gate Bridge and Fort Point.
