Walking on the Golden Gate Bridge

After living in San-Francisco Bay Area for 7 years I finally walked on the Golden Gate Bridge.

Actually I walked all the way to Sausalito side and back. The whole walk took me an hour and a half.
1.7 miles there and back (that’s the length of the bridge – link)

And of course I took hundreds of pictures. 🙂

Let’s walk!

I took pictures of tourists and visitors, other photographers, huge tankers, city skyline and bridge details. I also saw how the Caltrain workers change dividers on the bridge, witnessed a car accident and saw how they paint the bridge (there are special drapes to cover cables and spray paint without spraying the cars that are passing by).
